Jennelle is one of the Client Concierges at Arcadia Financial Group. She joined the team in December 2025 after earning her bachelor’s degree in Economics and Sociology. In her role, she helps create a welcoming and seamless experience for clients by providing administrative support, coordinating day-to-day operations, and ensuring clients feel valued and supported from their first interaction through every step of the process. She enjoys building meaningful relationships and providing thoughtful, attentive service that reflects Arcadia’s commitment to exceptional client care.
Through earning her bachelor’s degree in Economics and Sociology, Jennelle developed strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. She is excited to begin her career in the financial services industry and looks forward to continuing to grow while helping clients feel informed, comfortable, and confident throughout their experience. Outside of work, Jennelle enjoys creating stained glass art, reading, listening to music, and exploring new creative hobbies. She’s an animal lover who enjoys spending time at the beach, taking long walks, and making the most of time outdoors with family and friends. She values creativity, lifelong learning, and finding balance in everyday life.
