Michael Panico

Mike believes you deserve a plan for life that allows you to fearlessly live like every day is Saturday. That means living your best life as often as possible, creating memories with the people you care about most, and doing the things that inspire and define your story.

Mike’s 21 years of financial planning experience has shaped him into a true leader and coach, helping clients find their path toward life fulfillment.  Mike founded Arcadia Financial with Jessica Panico, his wife and best friend.  Together they’re raising two amazing boys in Derry, NH. They love the big outdoors, being with family, and making frequent escapes to Cape Cod.  Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in finance from Babson College and became a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional in 2008.

Jessica Panico

Chief Operating Officer

Jessica Panico is the Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder of Arcadia Financial Group. She has been serving clients for over 18 years. Her primary focus is managing operations and marketing initiatives.

Prior to co-founding Arcadia Financial, Jess worked in various areas of the healthcare industry, most recently as a healthcare finance consultant. Her previous position was a perfect conduit to bring her from healthcare to the finance industry.

Jess has a Bachelor of Science in health psychology from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences. She holds life insurance licenses in New Hampshire and Massachusetts.

Jess resides in New Hampshire with her husband and two adventurous sons. In her spare time, she enjoys being outdoors with the family, boating, and traveling.

Justin Champlain, CFP®

Financial Planner, EA, CFP®

Justin Champlain joined Arcadia Financial Group in September 2018. Prior to joining the firm, Justin worked at Goldman Sachs and Brown Brothers Harriman. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in economics from St. Lawrence University and received his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER (CFP®) designation through Boston University.

Justin lives in Merrimac, Massachusetts, with his wife and dog. He enjoys boating, skiing and watching New England sports teams

Christopher Dube

Director of Planning Operations

Chris Dube joined Arcadia Financial Group in June 2021. Prior to joining the firm, Chris started his career in the financial industry as an agent with New York Life. Chris holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Saint Anselm College. He also holds licenses in Life and Health, as well as Securities licenses 6, 63, and 65, in both New Hampshire and Massachusetts.

Chris, born and raised in Manchester, currently resides in Southern NH with his wife, son, and daughter. Chris enjoys spending time with friends and family, watching sports, and hacking up the golf course in his spare time.

Ryan Raphael

Financial Planner

Ryan Raphael joined Arcadia Financial in May of 2023. Prior to joining the team, he worked as a financial advisor for Bankers Life, Edward Jones, and LPL Financial in Roanoke, Virginia. He has 7 years of experience in the financial services industry.

Ryan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Roanoke College. He currently lives in Boxford, MA and is happy to be back home surrounded by family and friends!

 Kevin Toohey, CFP®

Financial Planner, CFP®

Kevin Toohey joined Arcadia Financial Group in October 2023. Prior to joining the firm, Kevin worked at Fidelity Investments for the last 10 years among Workplace and Personal Investing. Kevin graduated from the University of New Hampshire with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business with a concentration in Business Law & Economics. Kevin received his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER (CFP®️) designation through Boston University.

“As your Financial Planner, I will partner with you and your family to understand your unique situation and goals. Together, we will develop a personalized financial plan and identify investment strategies that aim to improve that plan in pursuit of financial piece of mind and prosperity.”

Kevin lives in Pelham, NH, with his wife and dog. He enjoys hockey, golfing, hiking, camping, travel, and being with friends and family!

Alex Bull

Paraplanner

Alex joined the team here at Arcadia in August of 2021. Prior to joining the firm, Alex began his career working at the local Disney Store as a Lead Cast Member. There he strived to make every guest interaction feel personalized and memorable. He then stepped into the world of financial planning at Fidelity Investments as a Workplace Planning Consultant. Bringing his client experience with him, Alex found his passion for helping people live their best lives by guiding them through their 401k plan and coaching them to make the best choices.

Alex graduated from Wheaton College in Norton Massachusetts with a Bachelor of Art in both Political Science and Religious studies. In his spare time, Alex enjoys spending time with his family, traveling to gaming conventions with his friends, and competing in tournaments.

Will Esslinger

Client Onboarding Specialist

Will Esslinger joined Arcadia Financial Group in March 2018. He holds licenses for life, accident, and health insurance in New Hampshire.

Will’s background includes a decade of experience at Fidelity Investments, where he supported retirement planning and brokerage services as a client service representative. Immediately prior to joining Arcadia Financial, he worked with another independent advisory firm as a client service specialist.

Originally from Wisconsin, Will attended college at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. During his college years, he had the opportunity to study abroad in Kathmandu, Nepal. Will came out to the coast to join his family after getting his degree. He enjoys spending his free time watching movies, hosting barbecues, and playing board games with friends.

Carol Davis

Client Service Specialist

Carol Davis joined Arcadia Financial Group in November 2019. She holds licenses for life, accident and health insurance in the state of Massachusetts.

Carol’s background includes many years of experience in the financial services field working for a firm in Boston as the Director of Client Services where she supported brokerage services and insurance processing. Immediately prior to joining Arcadia she worked for a small local firm assisting with enrolling and educating retirement plan participants. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in health care administration from the University of Lowell.

Carol enjoys spending time outdoors, especially hiking in the White Mountains, cross-country skiing and kayaking. She has 2 grown sons and lives in East Wakefield, NH with her husband.

Jonathan Jarvis

Team Lead, Client Service Specialist
Jonathan joined the Arcadia team in December 2022. Previously he worked as a Business Relationship Banker with Citizens Bank where he serviced local entrepreneurs in navigating uncertain times through the covid pandemic for their businesses and households alike. From retail banking, Jonathan brought his knowledge of personal and business finances into the insurance market and later revisit the finance industry by joining Arcadia Financial Group. Jonathan currently lives in Hudson, New Hampshire with his family and their adorable two cats and one corgi spending as much time as possible either cooking, trying new foods, or learning new things.

Cheri Georpe

Client Service Associate

Although Cheri Georpe began her career as a licensed secondary teacher, she joined the finance and insurance industry in 2006 as a customer service representative for a financial firm. In that role she assisted clients and brokers with questions regarding retirement products. She has had a wide range of industry experience over the last 17 years, from processing withdrawals and investment changes to making policy changes and managing commercial lines business. She is excited to enter this new chapter of her career with Arcadia Family.

Georpe is married to a seafarer and has one child. Their family grew bigger when they adopted five Siberian huskies and two green turtles.

Roxanne Morrison

Administrative Services Manager

Roxanne Morrison joined Arcadia Financial Group in August 2015. She graduated from Marian Court College where she studied Business Administration. She previously worked as a trust investment administrator to the senior trust investment officers at Eastern Bank. Bringing with her experience from both the corporate and investment worlds. Roxanne is a notary public in the state of New Hampshire, where she lives with her husband, son, daughter, and their dog Buddy. She enjoys spending time outdoors at the beach, skiing, and hiking with her dog.

Antonio Baladad

Compliance Officer

Ton graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science originally in preparation for studying law, but eventually opted to build a career in financial services. Ton has around 9 years of experience in the US securities industry with various roles in customer service, trading, and quality assurance. He was previously associated with E*TRADE and Wells Fargo before joining Arcadia Financial Group in 2023. Ton lives with his fiancée and their two cats.

Taylor Maliska

Financial Planning Intern

Taylor joined Arcadia in May 2023 as a planning intern. He is from Keene, NH. Currently, Taylor is a senior Finance and Business double major at Saint Anselm college. His favorite sport is baseball, with wrestling and football being a close tie for second. Outside of Arcadia Taylor is the Vice President of a society at Saint Anselm where he makes charitable donations of time and finances on and off-campus on a regular basis and ensures the same of his peers. He is also an umpire for the greater Keene community. Taylor is excited to be a part of the Arcadia team to gain technical and soft skills along with connections that he will apply to his work at Arcadia.

Daryl Jean Ramos

Executive Assistant

Daryl Jean Ramos, nicknamed Real, is a professional with a diverse career journey, she first honed her skills in Customer Service and Sales Management. After successfully navigating the worlds of customer service and sales Real embarked on a new path as an Executive Assistant in the healthcare industry. Her ability to streamline processes, manage high-level tasks, and provide unwavering support to executives has led her to join the Arcadia family.

Outside Arcadia she is just a simple woman loves to be present and enjoy little moments in life.

Danielle Pascucci

Marketing Assistant

Danielle joined Arcadia in October 2023. She recently graduated from Lasell University where she studied Communications. She currently lives in Litchfield, New Hampshire with her family and dog. Prior to working for Arcadia, Danielle worked in the food service industry from the back of the kitchen to serving. She is persistent with insuring that every interaction she has with people is a positive and authentic experience. She enjoys baking, finding new restaurants to try, and spending time with her friends. 

Ela Arienda

Financial Operations Associate

Shiela Arienda, also known as Ela, began her professional journey by applying her bachelor’s in business management to the sales and marketing industry. Upon discovering the FIRE (Financial Independence Retire Early) lifestyle movement, she made a conscious decision to align both her personal and professional life with finance. Ela has not only advanced her career in financial services, holding FINRA licenses, but she also continually plans to expand within the industry. Prior to her current role here in the Arcadia Family, she gained valuable experiences at E*TRADE and Principal.

Ela harbors an appreciation for the performing arts and deeply loves her niece and nephew.

Alicia Rainville

Marketing and Events Manager

Alicia Rainville is the Marketing Manager and Event Planner for Arcadia Financial Group. She has nearly 20 years of experience in marketing and financial services. Her primary focus is managing marketing initiatives and client events.

Prior to Arcadia Financial, Alicia had her own small herbal skin care business. She has also consulted with several small businesses and volunteer organizations regarding their marketing efforts. 

Alicia has a Bachelor of Science in marketing and Associate of Science in business management. She is a certified home herbalist and plans to pursue her Master’s degree.

Alicia resides in New Hampshire and is a mother of two. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, skiing, snowshoeing, gardening, the ocean, campfires, and good laughs with loved ones.

Donna Guimond

Client Service Specialist

Donna’s background is in mortgage lending and retail banking. For twenty years she worked as a mortgage processor, underwriter, and loan officer. She has worn many hats in banking, having ten years’ experience as a personal banker, business banking representative, and branch manager. Donna has a BSBA in Marketing and supports suicide prevention efforts. She lives in Litchfield with her husband, Neal, and their black lab, Jet.

Toni Apostol

New Business Development Specialist

Toni has several years’ experience developing new customers into happy clients. She enjoys spending time with her kids and grandson embarking on joy rides, exploring nearby gems or venturing out of town for a change of scenery. The journey is as important as the destination, and her family rituals include discovering new coffee or milk tea shops, as well as trending restaurants that spark culinary excitement. She dedicates her weekends to family, food, and exploration. In the kitchen, she loves to craft hearty meals for my loved ones, filling the house with the aroma of home-cooked goodness.

Kayla Merritt

Administrative Coordinator

Kayla joined Arcadia in February 2024 as an Administrative Coordinator. Prior to working at Arcadia Kayla worked as a Guest Services Manager at the Currier Museum of Art. She is originally from Georgia, but now resides in Manchester NH. Kayla graduated from Southern New Hampshire University in 2020 with a Major in History and Minor in Education. In her free time, she loves to paint sunflowers and play with her dog Daphne.
