Job description
GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
This role will be the primary scheduler and appointment setter for the firm. you will play a crucial role in assisting the admin and service team with various needs.
Primary purpose of position is to consistently fill our 3 advisors’ schedules with qualified appointments. This is achieved by scheduling face to face appointments based on qualified leads and seminar overflow. Another objective of this role is to respond in a timely fashion to each lead from various sources, as well as handle follow up with our Tier 1 clients.
HOURS: 8:30am – 5pm with a 30-minute lunch break
JOB DUTIES:
DAILY:
- Set qualified appointments to fill Advisors calendars
- Call, schedule, and follow-up with prospects for appointments from seminars and events
- Record notes from every prospective client conversation in the Redtail database
- Call qualified Tier 1 clients to “check-in” to ensure they are happy and well served
- Follow script for all call scenarios
- Input prospects and keep database/CRM program up-to-date
- When necessary, help assist in Preparation of the Client Experience for prospect/client mtgs, greet and welcome guests
- Guide clients in appropriate direction when they call in or make request: keep them happy
- Pre-qualify leads signed up to attend seminars
WEEKLY:
- Manage and follow-up with all radio leads using scripts and workflow process established
- Workshop call backs for those who are interested in attending an upcoming event
MONTHLY:
- Attend and Service Seminar/Workshops as needed: set up, appt scheduling and mingle with prospects to help answer questions and promote AFG
- Attend client events as needed and get to know our clients

Minimum Requirements:
- Prior sales or telemarketing experience
